These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and lll77 ("lll77," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at lll77.cam (the "Platform"). Each individual may register only one (1) account on the lll77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person, whether using different identities, device identifiers, IP addresses, payment methods, or any other means, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide, at minimum:

lll77 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an existing account pending KYC verification, without liability, at its sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your lll77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs associated with your account. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

lll77 will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any person claiming to represent lll77 and requesting your password should be treated as an unauthorized party.

In the event that you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately:

lll77 accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following supported payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, 7-Eleven over-the-counter, and USDT (cryptocurrency). Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
• All funds deposited into your lll77 account must originate from a payment account held in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account verified as belonging to the registered account holder. lll77 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

In any event, lll77's aggregate liability to you for any cause of action arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lll77 account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by lll77's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

lll77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• lll77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive conduct;
• Your account fails to pass KYC or age verification;
• lll77 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order; or
• lll77 ceases operations in whole or in part.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting lll77 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

In cases of termination for cause (e.g., fraud or material breach), lll77 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and to recover any amounts owed to lll77 from any balance standing to your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Non-material amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter your substantive rights, or updates required by applicable law) may take effect without prior notice.
